Synthesis and Characterization of Donor/Acceptor Copolymers Based on Phenothiazine-Benzothiadiazole |
초록 |
Phenothiazine(PTZ) is a heterocyclic structure, have electron-rich sulfur and nitrogen atoms and exhibit good thermally and electrochemically stability. PTZ has been widely used in photovoltaic cells(PVCs), organic integrated circuit sensors and light emitting diodes as a good electron donating group. In this study, the copolymer was synthesized by Suzuki coupling reaction using benzothiadiazole(BTD) derivative as an electron acceptor and phenothiazine(PTZ) derivative as an electron donor. The structure of synthesized copolymers analyzed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR and GPC. The optical and electrical properties were confirmed using cyclic voltammetry and UV-vis, and fabricated device was measured. |
