제목 Nanoporous Thin Films for Nanofiltration Membranes
초록 In recent years, block copolymers (BCPs) has been extensively investigated. Especially BCPs in which the minority component is etchable provide a convenient way toward nanoporous materials. One example of etchable block component is poly lactide (PLA) that can be readily degraded and removed by mild basic hydrolysis. Such nanoporous membranes derived from the degraded minor component are being pursued as desirable materials for controlled separations due to their pore size tunability, narrow pore size distributions, and ability for selective functionalization. In this work, hexagonally close-packed PLA cylinders in BCP film with highly ordered were produced on Si substrates and polysulfone membranes. Subsequently nanoporous membrane was successfully obtained by removing PLA component through NaOH wet etching.
