Recently, the perovskite solar cell has significantly improved performance. Many methods have been proposed to fabricate rapid, large-area, high-efficiency perovskite solar cell processes. In this study, the perovskite solar cell structure using poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS) as hole transport layer was fabricated. Isopropanol treated perovskite film possessed an improving surface morphology with larger crystal grains demonstrating reduced charge recombination. Intense pulsed light (IPL) annealing was utilized to rapidly fabricate recrystallized perovskite solar cell. Intensive heat generated from indium tin oxide (ITO) using intense pulsed light was transferred to the perovskite crystal through using poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) polystyrene sulfonate (PEDOT:PSS). The optimum Intense pulsed light (IPL) processing conditions to obtain better quality perovskite crystal were studied. |
