제목 나노사이즈그래핀 / TiO2 필러를 이용한 유전율 향상
초록 In recent years, polymer composites with high dielectric constants and good flexibility have attracted tremendous interests from the field of electric and electronics, including capacitors and actuators. polymers have excellent flexibility, ease of processing and low dielectric loss, but their dielectric constant is usually low. The incorporation of high dielectric constants (high-k) filler is an effective way to enhance the dielectric constant of dielectric polymers and to extend their applications. a promising way to increase dielectric constant of polymer is using high permittivity nanoparticles, such as barium titanate (BT) and titanium oxide (TiO2) and graphene oxide (GO) as fillers. Large graphene oxide (LGO) is produced through hummer's method, and then oxidized once more to produce nano graphene oxide (NGO) with an average size of 30 to 60 nm. This NGO is used to coat titanium oxide. As prepared sample is named NGO@TiO2.
