제목 One-pot syntheses of CdSe quantum dot using ultrasonic irradiation method.
초록 we report a one-pot synthetic method for producing Cadmium selenide(CdSe). CdSe quantum dots were synthesized by using ultrasonic irradiation. Optical properties and structural characteristics of the CdSe quantum dots were analyzed by two main variables; the ratio of the precursor and the synthesis time. The red shift appeared as the synthesis time increased. As the ratio of precursor increased, the red shift appeared quickly. X-ray diffraction(XRD) was taken to investigate the crystal structure of the fabricated QDs. Moreover, ultra-violet spectroscopy(UV) and photoluminescence spectroscopy(PL) were taken to analyze the absorbance and emission wavelength of the QDs.
