제목 | New pH-sensitive polymeric micelle |
초록 | The pH-sensitivity of polymeric micelle system is important to enhanced permeation and retention (EPR) effect for drug delivery system. The pKa of N-acetyl histidine is 7.05. It is ionized at lower pH than 7.05. This property is valuable for anti-cancer DDS. N-acetyl histidine monomer was prepared by amidation of N-acetyl histidine and allyl amine for radical polymerization. N-acetyl histidine oligomer was made by transfer-agent in radical polymerization, and average molecular weight of oligomer can be control by initiator and transfer-agent feed ratio. The coupling reaction of the biodegradable block copolymer(MPEG-PCLA) and N-acetyl histidine oligomer was done by 1,3-Dicyclohexylcarboimide(1,3-DCC) and 4-Dimethylaminopyridine(4-DMAP). The pH-sensitive block copolymer is shown the micelle-demicelle behavior with pH-change by ionization and deionization of N-acetyl histidine oligomer at the constant concentration |
