제목 | The sol-gel transiton of MPEG-PCLA-β amino ester multiblock copolymer in aqueous solution |
초록 | The pH & temperature sensitivity of polymeric sol-gel system is important for drug delivery system. The pKa of β-amino ester is 6∼7, it is different with β-amino ester block length. This property is valuable for injection drug delivery system. MPEG-PCLA diblock was synthesized by ring-opening polymerization. Polymerization of ε-caprolactone and D,L-lactide was initiated by terminal alcohol of poly(ethylene glycol)(MPEG) as an initiator via activated ring-opening polymerization. β-amino ester block was synthesized by michael reaction. Block length of β-amino ester block can be controlled by feed ratio. MPEG-PCLA-β amino ester multiblock copolymer is biodegradable & pH-temperature sensitive copolymers. The MPEG-PCLA-β amino ester triblock was synthesized with various MPEG, PCLA and β amino ester lengths were dissolved in buffer at 80℃ various concentration. MPEG-PCLA-β amino ester triblock is shown the sol-gel behavior by ionization-deionization of β amino ester block. CMC(critical micelle concentration) of MPEG-PCLA-β amino ester triblock is decreased at high pH. Therefore, MPEG-PCLA-β amino ester triblock is shown the different sol-gel behavior with pH. And polymer solutions formed gel at room temperature by LCST property of PCLA block. The MPEG-PCLA-β amino ester multiblock copolymer is biodegradable & pH-temperature sensitive copolymers. The sol-gel region of MPEG-PCLA-β amino ester multiblock copolymers can be controlled by temperature, pH and concentration. |
