Amidation of Folic acid and Pyrenemethylamine/Chemically Reduced Graphene Oxide via Noncovalent Interaction for Cancer Targeting Sensor |
초록 |
Graphene of 2-dimensional carbon nanosheet is to be known as excellent matter for thermal and electrical properties. In addition, a large amount of material can be attached to graphene due to broad surface area of graphene. Advantage of using, we attemted to synthesize Folic acid-Pyrenemethylamine attached on chemically reduced graphene oxide (RGO). RGO was bonded to noncovalent interaction after Folic acid for target the cancer cells and pyrenemethylamine as luminous substance was synthesized for amidation. In this study, we expected that RGO/Folic acid-Pyrenemethylamine can be used as luminescence sensor for targeting cancer. |
