제목 Study of Pb free quantum dots based organic / inorganic hybrid solar cells
초록 Quantum dots (QDs) have attractive advantages as promising modified photoactive materials for hybrid solar cells because of their broad light absorption spectrum and size-dependent optical, electrical properties. However, most of highly efficient QDs consist of heavy metal species such as lead (Pb), cadmium (Cd) element which is harmful to device stability because of their toxicity.
By introducing heavy metal free QDs with efficient exciton generating property for modified photoactive material, it is possible to fabricate organic / inorganic hybrid solar cells with enhanced performance and stability. In this study, organic / inorganic hybrid solar cells were fabricated with Pb free QDs via solution process. As a result, photovoltaic performance and stability were improved.
