제목 | Synthesis and Electroluminescent Properties of Anthracene-Based Emitters for OLEDs |
초록 | We synthesized spirobifluorene derivatives, NASF, SFA to see electrochemical, optical properties. To evaluate electroluminescent properties, spirobifluorene derivatives were synthesized by suzuki reaction. by fabricating single layer OLED device using antracene materials. We achieved power efficiencies of 1.19 lm/W (8.40 cd/A at 5.95V) for NASF and 0.98 lm/W (2.40 cd/A at 5.14V) for SFA. The maximum in the EL spectra of ITO/2-TNATA(60nm)/NPB(15nm)/NASF(30nm) and SFA(30nm)/Alq3(30nm)/LiF(1nm)/Al(200nm) device were found to be 478nm and 470nm. Respectively, It was found out that anthracene based emitters are increased EL efficiency compared to other emitters, and NASF compound showed high EL efficiency of 3.67cd/A and CIE value was (0.213, 0.309) which means sky blue. |
