Synthesis of Waterborne UV-curable Urethane Coatings and their UV kinetics and Viscoelastic Property |
초록 |
UV-curable waterborne polyurethane coatings were synthesized from IPDI(isophorone diisocyanate), PTMG(polytetramethylene ether glycol), and DMPA(dimethylol propanonic acid). For various prepolymer chain lengths, molecular weight of polyol(PTMG) and the content of ionic center were changed. 2-HEMA(2-hydroxyethylmethacrylate) was used as an end capping agent for protecting the isocyanate groups. Photocuring behavior was investigated by photo-DSC. Viscoelastic property of UV-cured coatings was analyzed using DMA. |
