In order to overcome the disposal problem of commodity CaCO3 bead used in convenient and high costs of antioxidant natural green laver's color environmentally friendly blends of modify green laver color and hydrophilic poly saccaride were prepared and their properties were investigated. seaweed color/alginic acid, CaCO3 blends with various weight ratios were prepared using a solution blending system with protic solvents. In addition, with increased green laver color content in the blends, Tm, and Td values of seaweed color/AG blends decreased, however, the antioxidant and physical properties increased. |
