Synthesis and Chracterization of Aspartic Acid Coupled Chitin at C-6 |
| 초록 |
Aspartic acid coupled water-soluble chitin(AACWC) was prepared by a one-step process composed of esterification between aspartic acid anhydride(AA) and hydroxyl groups of chitin at C-6 in lithumchloride/DMAc or MeOH. The chemical structure and degree of substitution (DS) of the resulting products were characterized by FTIR and NMR. AACWC samples with varied molecular weight and DS were used in this study to investigate their effects on the physical properties. |
