Heat dissipation effect of zinc oxide nanostructure on aluminum plate |
초록 |
Effective heat dissipation is important ability in mechanical and electronic devices design because the temperature of the devices can affect the failure rate. To increase heat dissipation effect, most heat sink use high heat transfer coefficient materials such as copper, silver, and aluminum. In this study, zinc oxide nanostructure was synthesized on the aluminum plate and optimized to increase the efficiency of heat sink. Due to its morphology and size, the surface area is increased dramatically, and thermal conductivity can be significantly increased. As a result, the heat transfer coefficient of the zinc oxide coated plate was 10 times higher than that of the uncoated plate. |
