제목 | Redox behavior and synthesis of Cu/PEDOT composite film in the presence of various copper compound as oxidant |
초록 | The flexible and thin Cu/PEDOT composite film was prepared by a vapor phase polymerization on poly (ethylene terephtalate) (PET) film in the presence of CuCl2, Cu(NO3)2, or CuSO4, respectively. In this reaction, the EDOT was polymerized oxdatively by the different copper compound while the copper compound was reduced to form Cu metal. The Cu/PEDOT composite films were characterized by UV-vis spectrum, SEM, EDX, conductivity, and XRD, and the formation of Cu was confirmed by XPS. |
