제목 Perovskite solar cells with enhanced phase stability through halide salt addition
초록 Metal halide perovskites have gained great interest in the energy industry due to its high efficiency and solution-processability. Formamidinium lead triiodide (FAPbI3) perovskites are especially promising from a lower band gap and greater thermal stability compared to methylammonium lead triiodide (MAPbI3) perovskites. However, realizing thermodynamically stable black phase FAPbI3 perovskite is still a challenging task to accomplish. In this work, calcium chloride was chosen as a halide salt to stabilize the black phase FAPbI3. The amount of substituted calcium chloride was systematically controlled, and the corresponding photovoltaic performance was evaluated along with the stability test over the course of 500 hours.
