제목 Direct Heteroarylation Polymerization of  Thiophene-Based Low Bandgap Polymers
초록 To reduce the bandgap of poly(3-alkylthiophene)s as well-known, commercialized conjugated polymers, the electron donor-acceptor (D-A) alternating strategy was employed in the present research. The electron-withdrawing unit including cyano group and electron-donating 3-alkylthiophene were coupled as a repeat unit to be polymerized via direct heteroarylation polymerization which was carried out in a relatively high yield via simple purification procedure. The cyano groups of the polymer backbone allow enhanced the intermolecular interaction between neighboring chains and improved the structural perfection of the crystal structure on the substrate and hole mobility of thiophen-based polymers.
