Flexible transparent conductive electrodes (FTCEs) have been widely researched for future flexible electronics with their excellent conductivity, transparency and flexibility. In this work, we introduce a novel synthesis of curved copper nanowires using binary polyol method, and suggest their possible application that of FTCEs. The curved structure was strongly depended on volume ratio and reaction time. Furthermore, the FTCE was fabricated by meniscus-dragging deposition method and solvent-dipped annealing method with all solution processes. As a result, the curved copper nanowires based FTCE showed high opto-electrical performance (T = 86.62%, Rs = 99.14 Ω/sq) and remarkable flexibility. We believe that the curved copper nanowires based FTCEs have a good potential for future devices. |
