제목 | New intermetallic phase Cu/Sn nanoparticles characteristic analysis and synthesis using a hot injection method |
초록 | Bimetallic, alloy, intermetallic nanoparticles exhibit great importance with regard to science and technology, for instance, the improvement of the catalytic properties of monometallic nanoparticles for industrial production of chemicals, for energy conversion (e.g., in full cells) and energy storage (e.g., in lithium batteries). Since Sn based intermetallic nanoparticles (Fe/Sn, Co/Sn, Ni/Sn) are widely used as anodic material due to its high capacity property. Cu based nanoparticles (Cu/Ag, Cu/Zn, Cu/Ag etc.) are used as organic reaction catalysts. In preliminary research, the synthetic methodology for Cu6Sn5 nanoparticle was reported, where some toxic reduction agents (hydrazine or NaBH4) were introduced. In this research, we would propose the synthetic methods for Cu3Sn nanoparticles using by a modified hot injection, thermal decomposition. The Cu3Sn nanoparticles were characterized by TEM, UV-vis, XRD, DLS measurement. |
