제목 Conversion Efficiency of Acetic acid Employing N/F-codopedTiO2 paste for Dye-sensitized Solar Cells
초록 N/F-codoped TiO2 materials were synthesized via a sol-gel method. The resulting materials were characterized by XRD, N2-sorption, SEM and DRS. TiO2 pastes were prepared by varying the proportion of TiO2 powder, Terpineol, acetic acid and ethyl cellulose(EC) in their composition. When TiO2 paste containing acetic acid was applied in DSSC, the energy conversion efficiency was enhanced considerably compared to that untreated acetic acid. It was approximately 8.0% with the N719 dye under 100 mW/cm2 of simulated sunlight.
