제목 Fabrication of TiO2 paste in acid condition(environment) for Dye-sensitized Solar Cells
초록 Pure TiO2 materials were synthesized by using hydrothermal method. The resulting materials were characterized by XRD, N2-sorption, TEM and XPS. TiO2 pastes were prepared by using of TiO2 powder, Terpineol, acetic acid and ethyl cellulose(EC) in their composition. The amount of acetic acid was varied in the TiO2 paste fabrication. the mol ratio of acetic acid/TiO2 was 0 to 40. When TiO2 paste containing acetic acid was applied in DSSC, the energy conversion efficiency was enhanced considerably compared to that untreated acetic acid. It was approximately 8.5%, which is 20.9% higher than that of TiO2 based device.
