제목 A Framework of the Automatic Process Design to Consider the Numerous Chemical Reaction Pathways.
초록 There are many possible pathways for making a chemical product, and the separation method is dependent on such conditions. Thus, it is difficult to find the optimal process because all possible alternatives should be designed considering the separation to more accurately estimate the capital costs (CAPEX) and operating costs (OPEX). In this research, we propose a framework of automatic process design that can estimate CAPEX and OPEX in a short time with only reaction information such as reactants, products, conversion, and reaction conditions. First, Prepare a reaction database by text mining of the patent documents. Thus, we can consider the various existing possible reaction pathways from a broad perspective. Then, design the reaction and separation process for the reactions in the database according to the criteria of the framework. Finally, we can obtain the CAPEX and OPEX for each reaction and find the optimal process by comparing the results.
