제목 | Preparation and characterization of solid polymer electrolyte consisting of comb-like segmented polyurethane |
초록 | Ever since Armand proposed the application of solid polymer electrolyte(SPE) to lithium batteries, the research and development has been made in many ways throughout the world. Recently, various types of polyurethane possessing oligo ethylene oxide units have been studied as SPEs, because of their good mechanical properties and low glass transition temperature (Tg). However segmented polyurethane could not be used as commercial polymer electrolyte due to its poor electrochemical stability, high crystallinity, and low ionic conductivity. So, we improved electrochemical stability and ionic conductivity by the preparation of comb-like polymer electrolyte. The aim of this work is to make the novel comb-like polymer electrolyte and investigate its electrochemical stability and ionic conductivity. Segmented polyurethane was prepared from polyneopentyladipatediol (PNAD), 3,5,5-trimethylcyclohexyl isocyanate (IPDI), and 1.3-butanediol. And then, monomethoxy poly(ethylene glycol) (MPEG) was grafted onto that by allophanate reaction. Characterization of comb-like polymer electrolytes was achieved by using fourier-transform infrared spectra (FT-IR), differential scanning calorimentry(DSC). And, the ionic conductivity and the electrochemical stability were estimated by using AC impedance measurement and cyclic voltammetry (CV). |
