제목 Formation of three dimensional cell mass based on magnetic levitation of cells that ingested iron oxide containing microspheres
초록 Three-dimensional (3D) cell mass was formed based on magnetic levitation of cells that ingested iron-oxide containing microspheres. The fibroin microcapsules approximately 500 nm in diameter were fabricated to entrap iron oxide nanoparticles (Fe3O4) and introduced to 3T3 cells cultured in vitro. Magnetized cells were levitated using a neodymium magnet placed on the top of the culture plate and formed various cell mass depending on cell lines; BALB 3T3, H9C2, B16F10 and stromal vascular fraction. Histology and confocal microscopy of the call mass was carried out.
