Effect of mineral-induced alkaline-reduced water on broiler chicken |
초록 |
Alkaline-reduced water is reported to be effective on the promotion of growth. This study was conducted to determine the effects of mineral-induced alkaline-reduced water (MRW) on survival rate, meat quality and lipid composition of broiler chickens. This study demonstrated that the MRW prompts growth and survival rates in broiler chickens as well as improved meat quality; in particular reduction of lipid and cholesterol and increase in polyunsaturated fatty acids. |
