Metal doped ZnO films have attracted much attention because of their great potential for application to transparent conducting electrodes and insulating or ferroelectric layers in optoelectronic devices. Li doping in ZnO is carried out to control the resistivity for organic photovoltaic cells as an electron transfer layer. In this study, to investigate the optimization of the Li-doped ZnO method, we were controlled the amount of ethanol amine (EA), addition of water and Li concentration. In the case of 2 mL of EA was the best results in UV-vis spectrum. In addition, to survey the crystal structure of ZnO, we carried out the X-ray diffraction analysis with various factors such as addition of water or variation of Li concentration. The XRD main peaks were increased by adding the water. Also, the best results were found the case of Li-doped ZnO by Li concentration of 1 %. |
