초록 |
A synergistic electrochemical-fluorescence method for wireless bacteria sensing and photothermal-based bacteria killing was developed using surface-coatable cationic carbon dots (cCD) and immobilized cesium tungsten oxide (CsWO3). cCD-CsWO3 showed sensitivity towards bacteria indicated by fluorescence quenching after interaction between cCD and anionic bacterial membrane, with limit of detection (LOD) was 7×101 CFU/mL for E. coli and 1.3×102 CFU/mL for S. aureus.
