제목 Efficiency of Gamma Ray Irradiation against the Antibiotic Resistance of Escherichia Coli Isolated from Pig Manure
초록 The prevalence and degree of antibiotic resistance of Escherichia coli were found in the livestock manure. In this study, pig manure were selected to investigate the distribution and multiple resistance to drugs of antibiotic resistant bacteria. The feasibility of gamma ray irradiation to inactivate the antibiotic resistant bacteria in the pig manure was investigated. Gammaray was irradiated at the dose of 0.1, 0.2, 0.3, 0.4, 0.5, 0.6, 0.7, 0.8, 0.9, 1 and 2 kGy. The maximum disinfection efficiency of E. coli using gamma raywas all 99.99% at 0.6 kGy.
