Dissolution Rate improvement with Viscosity of HPMC(Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose) for Sustained release in the Alfuzosin HCl Granule Tablet |
초록 |
Hydroxypropylmethylcellulose(HPMC) empolyed in this work is the most widely used polymer as drug delivery system and swelling of HPMC has influence on drug release. Fourier transfer-infrared(FT-IR) used to analyze constitution change of Alfuzosin HCl granule tablet and X-ray diffraction(XRD) used to analyze characteristics of crystallinity. Prepared granule tablet investigated release behavior in the stimulated intestinal fluid (pH 6.8), therefore viscosity of HPMC as excipient could adjust release behavior of Alfuzosin HCl in this study. This study is aimed at finding optimal formation of granule tablet in order to sustain drug release of Alfuzosin HCl, thus the Alfuzosin HCl granule tablet is prepared by viscosity of HPMC. |
