제목 Photoaged Perovskite Precursor Solution with a Higher Iodoplumbate for Reproducible Power Conversion Efficiency
초록 The power conversion efficiency of solution processed organic-inorganic hybrid perovskite solar cells has been drastically improved. Despite this considerable progress, systematic research on precursor solution chemistry and its effects on photovoltaic parameters has been limited thus far. Herein, we analyzed the chemical equilibrium change in the precursor by illuminating light as an imposed energy and investigated the correlation between this equilibrium change and corresponding perovskite film. The illuminated precursor displays higher density of high-valent iodoplumbate. Perovskite film fabricated from illuminated precursor exhibits uniform film with lower defect density and higher crystallinity. We expect that the correlation presented here will help understand fundamental perovskite precursor chemistry and contributes to further improvements in various halide perovskite-based devices.
