Fabrication of porous PLGA microbeads with surface attachment by fluorescence bacteria as a bio-sensor for nitro-compound detection |
초록 |
Porous microbeads based sensors were prepared for explosive nitro-compound detection in soil ground. Poly (lactic-co-glycolic acid (PLGA) was chosen as a biodegradable and biocompatible candidate to fabricate the porous microbeads by water–oil–water double emulsion solvent evaporation method. The effect of concentration of ammonium bicarbonate (NH4HCO3) and poly vinyl alcohol (PVA) as well as the surface modification technic were discussed. The open structure porous microbeads treated with sodium hydroxide were compared with non-open porous ones based on bacteria attachment. The trinitrotoluene (TNT) and dinitrotoluene (DNT) sensitive bacteria were attached on open porous microbeads and the sensing behaviors of TNT and DNT as a function of sensing time were surveyed. Porous PLGA microbeads loading with fluorescence bacteria can be a candidate as a bio-sensor to detect the existence of TNT or DNT. |
