제목 Enhancement in flowability of Poly(phenylenesulfide) composites
초록 Polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) is a highly crystalline, advanced functional engineering plastic with excellent thermal stability, chemical resistance, dimensional stability and rigidity. PPS is used as a substitute for metals and thermosetting resins that cannot be replaced by conventional engineering plastics. Its main applications are electric and electronic parts such as switches, connectors, sockets, fuel holders, automobile parts, for example, exhausted gas circulation valves, various measuring instrument parts such as cameras and watches, and other industrial products. For more applications in this field, it is necessary to improve the flowability of PPS. Although there are many studies on PPS, there is a lack of research on this property. Therefore, we designed and synthesized several flow agents and added it to PPS to measure flowability and viscosity. We expect to improve the properties of PPS by addition of flow modifiers.
