Scalable metallic nanoparticle fractionation process using gas expanded liquid |
초록 |
Gas-Expanded Liquids (GXLs) are an ecofriendly solution that offers many advantages for replacing the typical process based on the organic solvent. Despite these benefits, GXL, a kind of nano-post treatment process, has a critical problems to applying industrial fields such as a long time consumption and the narrow area that the nanoparticles could be precipitated. In this study, by adding a circulating system, the precipitated particles was fractionated instantly and investigated the size distribution depending on the process conditions. |
