제목 | syudy on preparation of bone scaffold using a biodegradable polymer PCL and promosion of differentiation |
초록 | Drug delivery means the delivery of drugs in humans, formula, technology and systems. In this study, the aggregation clusters in different size prepared to use biodegradable polymers, poly(ε-caprolactone) for the purpose of a drug delivery carrier. To determine the influence of nanometer ball size, and evaluate its physical properties. Also studied the different sizes of the preparation of nano drug delivery efficiency. The results showed that nano ball the size of the plays an important role in drug delivery efficiency.Clinical trials have shown that catechins can be used through the bloodstream, increasing the metabolism, increasing the oxidation and energy expenditure of fat to suppress the effects of obesity, particularly in the suppression of visceral fat, to achieve the desired weight loss effect.
