Graphene is characterized by two-dimensional structure in which carbon atoms have the thickness of one single atom according to sp2 bond. Electrical and optical properties of graphene have attracted large-scale attention in numerous research fields, due to their possible applications in display, organic light emitting diodes (OLED), and fuel cell. In this study, we fabricated transparent conductive layers on a PET film. Carbon nanotube layer was coated on a PET film, then graphene oxide layer was coated on the carbon nanotube layer. We designate this as (SWCNT/GO)n layer, where n is the number of layer. We investigated optical property and electrical property as the number of layer is increased. We address the change of electrical and optical properties by structural modification in the conductive layers. |
