제목 LBL nanocarbonic films for transparent conductive applications
초록 We fabricated transparent conductive graphene/single-walled carbonanotube (SWCNT) layer by layer films. Carbon nanotube layer was coated on polyethylene terephthalate films, and then graphene oxide layer was coated on the carbon nanotube layer. This is one cycle to fabricate the coated film, and this procedure was conducted 6 times. The surface resistivity and light transmittance of SWCNT film and graphene/SWCNT LBL film were presented as increase a coating cycle. Reduced graphene oxide was prepared by a reduction of GO using hydrazine, and we compared the electrical conductivity and light transmittance of SWCNT/GO film to those of SWCNT/RGO film. After reducing of GO, electrical conductivity was considerably improved, but the light transmittance was dropped.
