In this study, development of gene delivery systems based cystamine core PAMAM dendrimer containing the enzyme sensitive sequence ‘GFLG’ was evaluated to efficient transfection efficiency. Cystamine core of PAMAM generation 3 is responsive to intracellular glutathione, it is the reduction of a disulfide bond. And the surface of cPAMAM G3 was conjugated with ‘GFLG’ peptide sequence, ‘GFLG’ sequence is enzyme responsive sequence by cathepsin B and could be cancer-specific targeting due to cathepsin B overexpressed in cancer. R-H-GFLG-cG3 PAMAM showed for high transfection efficiency and low cytotoxicity in HepG2 and SW480 cells. |
