제목 | Solvothermal Method를 이용한 decanoate group capped 된 TiO2 nanoparticle의 제조 및 특성 평가 |
초록 | With its unique charateristics in the band position and structure, TiO2 provides a variety of promising application such as a support material for light sensitizers and solar cells. It can be used as a photocatalyst in decomposing organic pollutant and as a smart material with self cleaning and super hydrophilic properties. Recently, the reverse micelle method has widely been applied to prepare uniform nanoparticles for various vary materials including metal and oxides. And the carboxylic acids or amine with long hydrocarbon chains form a stable reverse micelle structure in nonpolar ethers and it has been well known that the carboxylic acids have strong binding affinity toward TiO2. Thus, in this study, we report the preparation of highly crystalline and size-controlled TiO2 nanoparticles from thermal decomposition of the titanium isopropoxide in the presence of stabilizing surfactant, carboxylic acids. |
