The Study on Properties of ITO Thin Film Coated on PET Substrate by Gravure Roll Coating Process |
| 초록 |
Indium tin oxide (ITO) thin films were prepared on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) substrate with PVAc-co-acrylic latex by a gravure roll coating process. ITO particles of 30-50 nm were produced by a SAS method in supercritical CO2. The electrical and optical properties of ITO thin films were investigated using a four-point probe and a UV-vis spectrophotometer. The resistivities of coated films were about 103-104 Ωㆍ cm and visible transmittances were over 85 %. |
