Protein drugs can be easily denatured and lose bioactivity. In this study, we develop novel condition about the forming polyacryl-amide hydrogel via inverse-miniemulsion methods for high protein activity values. Lysozyme, n-heptane, SPAN80 were used as the modeldrug, oil-phase, oilphilic surfactant, individualy. Release profiles and activity of lysozyme were measured on various conditions. High different density between oilphase and waterphase, low processing temperature, low surfactant concentration can be easily extracted the nanogels from the emulsion state. In result, Fast processing time and low polymer concentrations was kept the high bioactivity. In vitro test, High monomer concentration hydrogel caused less release rate than low monomer concentration. Bis monomer was less effect on drug released rate. |
