The novel conjugated polymers based on BDT as electron-rich unit and fluorinated quinoxaline as electron-deficient unit were synthesized to compare with the effect of temperature. PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃), PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) showed strong absorption in the range of 400 – 600nm in o-dichlorobenzene. PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) had more regioregular orientation than PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃). These polymers showed same band gap at 1.86eV because these polymers have same backbone. PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃) and PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) displayed a highest occupied molecular orbital (HOMO) energy level of -5.43eV, -5.45eV and lowest unoccupied molecular orbital (LUMO) energy level of -3.57eV, -3.59eV, respectively. PBDT-DT-FQx (80℃) and PBDT-DT-FQx (from 50℃ to 80℃) displayed similar Jsc and Voc because have same backbone and alkyl side chain. But fill factor rised 0.69 to 0.71. As a result, high 5.73% of power conversion efficiency(PCE) was achieved with PBDT-DT-FQx(80℃). |
