제목 | Two-steps process preparation of polybutylene succinate film reinforced by pure cellulose nanofibril and lignocellulose nanofibril with different lignin content |
초록 | In this study, polybutylene succinate (PBS) films reinforced by pure cellulose nanofibril (PCNF) and lignocellulose nanofibril (LCNF) were prepared. For film formations, a two-step process, dispersing in solvent and twin-screw extruding, was used. PBS/PCNF ratio was variated into 90/10, 95/5, 97/3, and 99/1. PBS was dissolved into 1.5% CNF in NMP suspension at 65℃ for 4 h. After oven-drying at 65℃ for 24h, It was subjected to a twin-screw extruder at 155℃ with rotational speed of 90 rpm. Compared to directly subjected solids form of PBS and CNF filler to twin-screw extruders, this two-steps process offered improved mechanical properties. Further, the effect of lignin content in film properties was also studied by using LCNF with lignin content variated in 3, 15, and 30%.
