Efficient inverted polymer light-emitting diode using ionic liquid for electron injection |
초록 |
The interface engineering to facilitate electron injection is the most important issue in inverted structure. Even though there were many attempts to introduce materials such as conjugated polyelectrolyte or metal oxide to solve this problem, the electron injection problem is not completely overcome yet. In this research, a new type ionic liquid is introduced as an electron injection layer (EIL) to match the energy level between anode and emitting layer by shifting vacuum level and decreasing WF of ZnO. We studied the effect of the new type ionic liquid as EIL by comparing the performances of IPLED devices with and without the ionic liquid. |
