Fabrication of Nanopatterned Conducting Polymers with Au Nanoparticles via Nanoimprint Lithography |
| 초록 |
Conducting polymers (CPs) were considered as alternatives to metals and semiconductors in a variety of applications because of the unique properties of CPs. Recently, fabrication of nanopatterns of conducting polymers and their composites was emerged as a new field of research and development. Conducting polymers-containing block copolymers were incorporated with Au NPs for enhancement of conductivity. The amount of Au NPs into P2VP-b-PCzMA block copolymer was controlled by adjusting the precursor contents. The nanocomposites of Au-P2VP-b-PCzMA were also patterned at nanoscale via NIL technique. |
