제목 새로운 미백물질을 함유하는 SLN의 제조와 봉입효율에 관한 연구
초록 Propose of this study is preparation of SLN that has better by far higher skin penetration effect compared with general liposome, and also is increase hydrophilic material by encapsulation efficiency of hydrophilic drugs maximumly. Also it is SLN preparation method using coconut oil, macadamia oil, jojoba oil that is microorganism degradation and usable emulsifier by physical property of glyceride according to kinds of fatty acid. As a result, SLN preparation method using coconut oil(include LA-PEG) has the most high encapsulation efficiency and also average particle size was the most small in 270nm. Base making the most large particle size is use macadamia oil and 1% of tween 60. Release of base made using coconut oil and 2% of Tween20 was most late and release of base made use macadamia oil and 2% Tween 60 was most fasted.
