Characterization and Improved Dissolution Rate as Ratio of Raloxifene Solid Dispersion Using Water Soluble Polymers and acidfier |
초록 |
Raloxifene to be affiliated to BCS Class 2 is a poorly water soluble drug. Therefore, this characteristic becomes the cause in which the raloxifene showed the low bioavailability and a lot of difficulties in the process of designing the pharmaceutical formulation. In this study, we prepared solid dispersed raloxifene improved dissolution property in comparison with original drug through the spray drying. The pharmaceutical formulation of solid dispersions was designed by using PVP as water soluble polymer and fumaric, glycoric and citric acid. We analyzed morphological feature of solid dispersion by employing scanning electron microscope (SEM). Crystalline property of solid dispersion was confirmed through X-ray diffraction (XRD). This studies showed that raloxifene have improved dissolution rate in solid dispersion. This research was supported by MIFAFF (112007-05-1-SB010) and the MEST(2012M3A9C6050203). |
