제목 Mass Transfer-driven Preconcentration on Fluid-Fluid Interface for Optical Sensing
초록 In this paper, facile preconcentration of a molecule on fluid-fluid interface for optical sensing is realized by exploiting the mass transfer of target molecule across two fluids. The preconcentration is accomplished through the accumulation of the molecule on the interface due to the huge difference in the diffusivities of the molecule and high SERS signal of rhodamine 6G of 1 nM is readily detectable. Our concept for preconcentration is very simple and can be extended to other optical detections of chemical and biological molecules.
