제목 | Suppressing efficiency roll-off by controlling excited state lifetime in blue thermally activated delayed fluorescence organic light-emitting diodes |
초록 | To minimize excited state lifetime of blue thermally activated delayed fluorescent materials, we substitute three 9H-carbazole in 2-, 3- and 4- position of phenyl linker. For comparison, we also synthesized 2-, 3-, 5- position and 2-, 4-, 5- position. As a result, 234CzTrz showed the shortest excited state lifetime of 4.1 μs compared with that of others. In device performance, 234CzTrz device showed suppressed efficiency roll-off compared with other devices. |
