New Zn complex host material derived for red OLED |
| 초록 |
We synthesized new two metal complex, Zn(PDM)2 and Zn(PFDM)2 as a host material instead of Alq3. To evaluate electroluminescent properties, multi-layered organic light-emitting devices were fabricated using DCJTB as a dopant and Alq3 as an electron transporting layer. EL spectrum of device using Zn(PDM)2 exhibited a red emission at around 617nm and exhibited current efficiency of 1.54cd/A at current density 10mA/cm2. And EL spectrum of device using Zn(PFDM)2 showed a yellow light emission at 563nm, 700nm and showed current efficiency of 0.04cd/A at current density 10mA/cm2. |
