Analysis of bioaerosol based on gene: using the advantage of the impaction method |
초록 |
The impaction method in which indoor airborne bacteria are collected in a medium and analyzed after culturing has been used. However, only limited bacteria can be cultured in specific media and conditions. The analytical method of total bacteria using the quantitative polymerase chain reaction (qPCR) can be analyzed including uncultured bacteria. But appropriate method for collecting sufficient samples has not been established. In this study, culture was omitted, which is the cause of error, and airborne dust was collected and analyzed together with the new media different from the existing impaction method. Because the medium is directly used, we changed the medium environment appropriately such as the composition and amount of the medium. After collection, the gDNA of the airborne bacteria is extracted and analyzed through qPCR, and it is to be reported. |
